I have found that it would be really useful if there could be a more customization in the access roles. For instance the auditor role. If there could be a role where staff could have access to all of their agents files, add documents, add agents, and NOT be able to approve or reject documents. Only managers or those assigned to file review specifically should be able to approve or reject a document. Also, if there could be a role where staff could not only be assigned to an office but only have certain agents assigned to them so that what they see is only limited to those agents, this would be specifically valuable with TC's as there are times that they don't necessarily create the file (on vacation etc.) So if we could assign certain agents to a TC that way they can work that file even if they did not create it.
