We operate three SkySlope accounts for three entities. Our staff does the data entry and uploading of documents into the system; no agents do any data entry or upload documents. This is a service we have offered prior to this system and we will continue to offer the value service to our agents. Since the introduction of Sky, our staff has increased time to enter listings into the system as you have to verify MLS information and back in and out of the Sky feature to manually enter information that Sky doesn't add. For example, it doesn't allow you to add a co-list agent, which is quite frequent at our companies. As we utilize this system different than most companies, we would like the ability to opt out of Sky if it will continue to increase our input time. While our staff has gotten used to the new way and dealt with the change, introducing Sky on the transaction side is a concern. We are always willing to help give our input prior to rollouts of new features. We have over 30 staff that are entering 10,000+ transactions a year into the system and would love to find ways to lessen the data input time and make things simpler, not more difficult.
In short, we need our company structure and process to work well with your system. It seems the development has continued to move in the direction of agents using it hands on, which is not the case of our company.
