    We are also a company that inputs for our agents. Our experience with Sky is that it slows the process of data entry.

    My BIGGEST Complaint about Sky is that soooo much information isn't required that we actually need. Agents never go back and add the required fields. We need the Clients email and phone numbers in order to send them Real satisfied surveys. We should be able to control what Sky asks for
