Upload File Size Improvement Suggestion

I propose that any size file can be uploaded with a prompt to immediately split, then delete after splitting. As long as the splits are below 25MB we should be good, and it will stop the bottleneck when files are larger with HOA's, Lead Paint Disclosure Brochures, etc.
