Quick note I review and sign documents for around 400 real estate agents, and I am getting very frustrated with the process of signing the documents.
Currently the procedure is as follows:
Review the document in quick review
Click into the checklist and go to documents
Select the documents to be signed
Send to Digisign
set up locations for signing
Sign the documents after choosing the signature
Returning to the checklist
Remove all unsigned documents
Attach the signed documents to the check list.
This process takes around 3 to 5 minutes per file that has documents to be signed. Looking at a minimum of 100 transactions and 40 listings every day, I only seem to be able to get 60 to 80 transactions and listings a day completed, currently I end up spending the entire weekend reviewing files to get caught up with the reviews. Something needs to be done to make the process quicker.

It would be nice and efficient if when the broker was reviewing the documents they could just sign without sending an sign request email through digisign. Incorporate digisign into Quick Audit please.
