Email Notification to staff / agents ~ possible upgrade

The transaction system we came from (before skyslope) had a link (actually 3)  to the actual file itself within the notification which was a HUGE benefit to my staff and agents. They seem to feel they are now having to take additional steps to get to the file that were not there before.  

Would it be possible to add the URL(to the file) in that email that way the agent or staff could click on the link right in the email and not have the additional steps? thanks.

  On a similar note to Corey's suggestion, it would be grand to be able to send an "all agent" email.  Such an email feature would allow us to announce Skyslope feature upgrades or office administrative changes to settings.
