It would be VERY helpful to have some type of notification or email sent to the admin when an Agent places a comment in their checklist without adding a document. I noticed someone made this request back in 2013 and it has not been added.
Agents often add a comment asking a question about that checklist item, not realizing that we don't get notified that they have added that question. The only way we see it is if we happen to be in that agent's file. We try to educate our agents and ask them to email us directly with their questions, but with 1000 agents in the Brokerage, they don't all know that or remember that.
Being notified would allow us to answer those agents quickly and give them the direction they need.
