Hi Benjamin,
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out! I will follow up with you directly via email with some follow-up questions.
Have a great day!
Would love to see this!!! Also being able to turn Zipforms transactions into Rejected Offers
Hi Taylor,
This makes sense, but wanted to check with you on a clarification. Does your broker currently have access to an agent's zipForm account and documents? If so, are you currently using that as retention for the rejected offers or creating files in SkySlope for each one?
Thanks for any clarifications you can provide!

It would be very nice to be able to have a Create Buyer button and Manage Buyers button. At this point it is difficult to keep track of Buyers contracts, offers that are rejected etc.

This is a critically needed feature. Had I been able to use your software before purchasing it, I would not have signed a contract to use it. The management of Buyer Representation files is mandatory in my state, Texas. I can honestly say if this software suite does not incorporate this software, soon, I will write this off as a bad investment and begin searching for my DotLoop replacement again.
Obviously Skyslope does not care we keep asking for this. When looking through the feature requests, it has been asked for for the past two years. Maybe we should reach out to the state real estate commissions to bring to light the problem with this software, where they could determine skyslope cannot be used.. I have personally spoken to skyslope support over 20 times and "someone will get back to me" and never does.
Hi Jim,

We are having a serious problem within our brokerage of keeping track of Buyer representation forms and rejected offers and other communications. We need a way to keep track of them within skyslope, other than creating a mock transaction for them. It ruins our reports if we have 100 pending transactions, but only 80 of them are real because the other 20 are actually just people shopping around, and not actual transactions.
Ideally, we'd like to have a Buyer/Broker feature not unlike a listing. That is to say you'd have a "Create Buyer Rep File" button, and you'd put in your buyer's information just like you'd put in a listing, and attach your Buyer represenation form in the checklist. Then, when you got an accepted offer, you could convert the Buyer Representation into a Transaction and add an MLS number, and it would then go through like a normal Sale file.
We have quite a few busy agents and are only going to continue to grow. To stay within compliance and keep Skyslope useful to our agents, this feature is absolutely necessary.
