Many times, agents click the Approve Cancellation Button either by accident or before they have submitted the required documents to that will allow us to approve the cancellation.
Right now it seems the only way to get that file to pop back on the Agent's list of transactions/listings is to approve the cancellation and then go back in to the cancelled section and click Reactivate. This is so time consuming and would be easier if there was a way to reject the request and have it automatically go back to a live file. Also, depending on the history of the transaction, the Reactivate button does not always appear, which means we then have to message Skyslope to ask them to Reactivate. Again, very time consuming and frustrating.
