Make the quick search actually a "quick search." Why does someone need to click the magnifying glass to then actually bring up the quick search?

This lowers the areas that someone can click to start searching, forcing them to move over a larger area, AND THEN actually click, so they can CLICK AGAIN to then type and search.

This seems very inefficient. Have the search bar available in full size at all times on the Skyslope Agent Home Page.
