Filling out the file data on initial setup in Forms is supposed to make things easier by populating contracts but on the residential sales contract it does not populate. This is because the mapping is incorrect and looking for a legal description. I have asked for this through help on multiple occasions since it is an ERROR on mapping but am only told to put it here in suggestions for improvements.
I think Skyslope is a great platform overall but there should be a better way to get things done to make it work properly for the users. I have had a very hard time getting the agents in our office to embrace the proper way to use forms because they continue to hit glitches like this one.

Yes I agree. If transaction desk and Dotloop can do it why not Skyslope.
Thanks for commenting Liz. Not sure what it will take for them to fix an error in the system!!! I am still dumbfounded that they will not address problems when someone brings it to their attention.
