Clients Overwhelmed by Too Many Checkboxes

The residential property disclosure for NC now has lots of bullet/checkboxes. The digisign program makes clients click through every single one rather than just allowing them to check one by default and it won't let them skip over them without clicking on every single one, even in a section that isn't necessary if they aren't in an HOA. There needs to be some other solution for this issue rather than mandatory clicks.
