    If I have to hear "Clear your cache and cookies" one more time, I'll explode. Not once in 15 years did I have to do that with my last system.

    I have gigabit fiber, a Mac Pro that makes most nerds drool, and I still can't get SkySlope to be stable. Spinning loaders that never do anything, cryptic error messages that never let you know if anyone on the back-end has ever been notified, signing sessions that timeout midway through filling out disclosures...You guys have very fast responses for tech support, but you wouldn't need it so much if you would just make it all more stable.
