Hi Skyslope, Several of our agents have mentioned that there needs to be a work around for when an in-house form such as our control sheet is filled out within forms and ready to then be added to the checklist because no actual signature is required on the form. As of right now, the agents are sending the filled-out form to themselves in order to complete the "fill and send" option and allow the document to populate in their completed folder and under the documents tab within their transaction. Can you please add an option that would allow agents to fill out the document and then "send to completed folder". It could even generate a pop-up window that says "Are you sure you want to send this document to your completed folder without any additional signatures/approval?" so the agent knows what is about to happen. It is just an extra step for agents when the form itself does not require a signature/approval. Thank you for your consideration.
