There's been a reoccurring issue where files don't load in the quick audit menu. For almost all files I have to end up opening it in an external window which ruins the purpose of quick audit. The files are uploaded as pdfs (which is shown in the name when it says preview has failed to load).
Why is this happening and what is a fix for this? It seems like quick audit is not a reliable way to review documents because it almost always fails to load documents and also does not show comments left on the uploaded documents.
