Add and move signature/initial blocks with keyboard

Our agents would like to have the ability to click on an already placed signature/inital block and move it incrementally with a combination of arrow keys and other buttons such that they can be aligned with other blocks. Ideally we would have fine and coarse adjustment. They would also like the ability to populate new blocks adjacent ( or above/below) to the previous block, again with keystrokes. 

This functionality existed in our previous platform and allowed our agents to work faster and makes them look more professional when the blocks are the same size and in alignment.
