I completely agree.  We have buyers being removed in the middle of a transaction all of the time, or sellers removed because its later discovered that they weren't on title, so we need to be able to remove them in the contacts tab as well.  It also confuses our broker when he's periodically reviewing the file and sees the buyer or seller still listed in the top header of each page even when they've been removed from the transaction.  He also needs to be able to see the correct parties to the transaction in the header of each page so he can confirm proper signatures on the docs he's reviewing.

As Tiffany stated above, we need the ability to delete a contact from the transaction.  So many times we have buyers or sellers being removed from the transaction, and its frustrating and confusing seeing their names still appearing in the file because we can't remove them.  This really needs to be option.

This feature is necessary!  We have had to resort to No Name to eliminate a second buyer.

I see this has been an ongoing issue for over 4 YEARS!!  and Skyslope has not made any changes as far as I can see. Please let me know if you ever plan on fixing this problem. A simple delete option is necessary to keep files accurate and complete. I can't believe it's not an option
