You have a slot for everything else, but not the escrow number. Why not, and why does it not also auto-populate from the "escrow #" field created under the transaction tab. An agent should not have to click on the contact to, for example, find escrow's phone number, then click over to the trans tab to get the escrow number. Nor should one have to cut and paste the number into the notes field.
