    Hi everyone,

Ryan from the Product team here at SkySlope.

Thank you all for commenting and providing feedback.

Archiving is the last step before a file is completely done and typically would be performed when documentation is complete and the agent is paid.

With mass archiving - is this due to falling behind in the process? Or are there other processes out there for when archiving makes sense for you?

Let me know what processes you have around archiving so that we have a good insight into how its performing today.

    Thanks!

Yes, please! I have 44 pages of transactions to archive, its really painful to do them one by one. By the time they are ready to archive they have already been closed, so this should be able to happen quickly by allowing a mass selection.

This is very important to have.  It doesn't need to be 90 pages as we have at once, but it can be one page at a time rather than 900 minute per trans

The person in our office that pays commissions does not use SkySlope, they use our internal system. To be honest, I don't really understand the need to archive the files, seems like an extra step not needed. Once we "Close" the file, it's done. However for us to download the file we have to archive it. I had 600 files to archive the other day because I didn't do it for a couple of months. Even worse, after you archive a file the page reloads and you're back on page one of the list of files.
