I have seen 3 posts on this particular topic. I think its an easy fix. Currently for "other agent" it only pulls from your own office and not agents from other offices that are in your directory. So each time we have to create a new contact and input the information all over again. Not uncommon to then have multiple contacts of the same agent. It does not make sense since its asking for the other agent and now allow us to pull from the directory.
