I've noticed that when I search for a contact that I know I've entered before but under a different agent, that that person does not pop up as a possible auto-populate option. Seems silly that I've created multiple contact entries for the same folks - escrow officers, other agents, lenders. Why not be able to access my same address book under all of my agents? Now I have doubles in my Directory. Also, I just noticed that there is a "Shared" column in the Directory. How do I change all to be shared? Is that the way to make them available to all of my agents? And I just entered a mortgage broker that I know I've put in before, but he is not in the Directory.
