While the "Trash" folder proved to be useful it would be equally (if not more) useful to be able to create other folders in the Documents section of a listing or Transaction. One example of when this would be useful is a re-listed property. To be able to make a folder for the original documents (since they are still associated with that property and client) so you don't see them mixed in with the rest of the documents. Another would be for extensions or price changes. While these are important documents that need to remain with the rest of the contract it would be nice to get them out of your view since some properties end up with multiple price changes. The Trash folder isn't useful for any of these purposes, not just because it's name implies other purposes, but because you cannot place documents in that folder that are on the checklist. Please add the ability to create and name folders that allow checklist items to be located within them.
