I would like to see a Log for emails being sent in and out of the Working Documents section, and for actions done within that section of the account.
It would alsobe nice to have a space within the Working Documents/Skyslope where we can keep track of correspondence with clients before a file has been created, just to keep track of all parts of communication within Skyslope as it is occurring, and be able to transfer that along to the files.
It would be helpful for Rejected Offers to have a log of some kind, where notes can be entered regarding that rejected offers submitted.
