Our brokerage utilizes a two step review process. Files are first reviewed by the manager/auditor and then go to broker review and approval. If there was a more efficient way to show this process (i.e. an auditor check column and broker check column or auditor approved-broker approved button), so the broker knows that a specific checklist item has been reviewed by the manager. The current check box status does not always work, especially if an agent is still uploading docs for review... the checked or unchecked box becomes confusing at that point. Thank you!
