Contacts: Add "unknown" checkbox

I would love to see that for any of the contacts added, to have the ability, much like the "This company is a Trust/Company/Entity" to click one for "This information is unknown", so that agents can bypass it. 

My agents don't always know who the title company will be when the transaction is entered, so for now, I've been having them use a pre-added contact with "undetermined".

I would also like a broker override that will allow the broker to go in at any point and force them to enter this information.
