Because we/agents are using this as a document storage and transaction management system, it would be helpful on an incoming referral if they were not required to input all the same fields as a typical transaction. Most times we do not know who the buyer/seller are, the sales price, etc. A lot of times they just have the referral form they sent to the other agent and the check we receive. Most companies don't even send us a copy of the settlement statement where we can get this info. It makes it hard to input the transaction. We as an office are using this to keep copies of the checks we receive and cut to the agents, so if they cannot create a referral transaction because they don't have all the information, we don't have anywhere to save their checks to.
