It would be incredibly beneficial to have a built-in contacts database feature that automatically appears when creating a new file in Forms. Our team frequently deals with clients who purchase multiple properties or engage in both buying and selling transactions. Currently, I have to manually search for their contact information and input it every time I create a new file. If there was a system in place to store this information in a database upon entry, it would significantly streamline our workflow and save a tremendous amount of time.
