We have many agents switching from DocuSign to DigiSign. However, one issue is causing a lot of grief. When an agent sends out through DocuSign for signatures on a transaction, each document comes back as a separate pdf to their email signed by their client. This easily enables the agent to take whichever document needs to be sent off to the other side of the transaction without including documents which should not be sent to the other side. I know an agent can log into the Skyslope forms and find these as separate documents, but the email coming back from DigiSign to the agent's email combines all documents into one pdf. This requires additional steps for an agent to log into Skyslope and find the pertinent document or to separate the large pdf into the individual documents and makes it cumbersome for a busy agent to conduct their work. Is it scheduled or in process to make DigiSign signed forms returning to the agent who produced the documents in separate pdfs such as is done by DocuSign? If not, why not? This would really streamline the process.

Hello Lynnea!
Charleigh from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you so much for reaching out! This is a feature that we currently offer. If the signed documents are smaller than 25 mb, then each will be added as an attachment to the confirmation email. If agents are not currently receiving them, there is a setting in the DigiSign Preferences that can be adjusted to allow for this feature.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support team anytime! They can be reached via chat at support.skyslope.com, via email at support@skyslope.com, or via phone at 1-800-507-4117.
