    Agreed. There are too many really important requests in this community to be messing with bells and whistles that aren't really needed.

    And now you have a "clear suggestions button"........ Yes this is helpful but I would prefer a way for the Admin to opt out of this feature for the entire office altogether. Your system does not recognize 3/4 of our docs and splits things like contracts of sale into many many pages and then labels everything as other. It took me over an hour to go through and fix one of my agents files. What a waste of time. My agents do not listen when I tell them things so it would just be easier if I could opt out of this feature for the entire office!!!

    @Prod Squad- the issue is, if I upload a packet of 30 pages that need to be split into 3 different documents, it will suggest about 30 different splits (a split for each page) or the suggestions will be super random. For instance yesterday I looked and it lumped checks with settlement statements. They look so different, I can't even imagine how those would be added together as suggested as 1 document. Nothing about the suggested split works.

    @Terry, I agree, the "clear suggestion" button is my go to. It should be the default that the suggestions should ALWAYS be cleared, unless someone wants the suggestions.

    Absolutely agree, there should be a way to opt out. I sent a request to support and received a response from a bot, I think: "This is part of the new SkySlope workflow, which saves both time and clicks through your document process. This feature is unable to be disabled."

    It absolutely doesn't save time or clicks. It adds clicks and adds more chances for error because the suggestions do not line up with our in-house checklists at all. The agents are very confused by it.

    Please, please give us an opt out option.

    PLEASE........I AM BEGGING YOU TO GET RID OF THIS FEATURE ALTOGETHER !! I HAVE JUST SPENT MORE THAN 2 HOURS OVER THE LAST 2 DAYS MOVING PAGES AND PAGES TO THE TRASH FOLDER. YOUR SYSTEM SPLITS OUR 15 PAGE CONTRACTS INTO 15 SEPARATE PAGES AND 30+ PAGE INSPECTIONS INTO INDIVIDUAL DOCUMENTS. A DISASTER AND A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello Terry,

    We understand some of your team members are having challenges with this new technology. We have a great walk-through that can show them how they may be able to avoid this in the future in the case they have unrecognized documents (link here).

    The reason why we built and enabled this feature for all agents is that it saves up to 97% of the work to split and assign documents. Majority of the time issues like yours do not happen, however, to avoid any such issues, we'd like to schedule some time with our product team to address your experience head on.     My team doesn't need a walk-through. They need to have this gone completely/the office needs to be able to opt out of this feature altogether!!!

    Same issue. Please allow for this "feature" to be turned off. Not truly a feature as well are forced to use it.  So frustrating and making extra work for agents.

    Please give us the option to turn off. Its making more work for us to fix the things the agents are overlooking. Most of ours say OTHER and then a random file name. Thank you!

    Also, I see complaints back 10 months ago, when will there be an update as to what will happen if anything? Your customer service said the CEO and development teams read each of these.

    I don't like the auto split feature. They don't recognize the documents so everything says other. It is not helping at all, matter of fact it is more time consuming because you have to wait for it to split and then clear it and upload them. Pleas take this feature off or give us some sort of option to turn it off.
