DigiSign Issues
- We lost the ability to start an envelope from a template, we now have many additional clicks: go to working docs, pick the right tab, then choose the folder, find the docs, then click on digisign to get essentially to the same place as before
- The template no longer saves the pre-drafted email subject and text. We now have to save this text on the side and copy and paste it over every time.
- Recipients have to be expanded each time you want to enter info for each one, but it highlights me as a signer (Add a person, then save, then expand, rinse, and repeat) - Highlight the roles that need to be filled out, Do NOT HIDE THEM.
- The template should allow us to save a contact to the template when we know the same person is going to sign it each time.
- When signing, tabbing SHOULD NOT SKIP OPTIONAL FIELDS!!!! tab to every field for that signer.
- Please at least show or indicate fields the other signers will be filling out.
- When signing and if you either tab to the next field or click on it, PLACE THE CURSOR IN THE FIELD SO WE CAN TYPE, avoid having to click in the field again.
Sending envelopes now takes about 4x as long as before if not more. This is not an upgrade.
