We do NOT like how Digi Sign automatically splits documents after they have been signed, causing an issue when the agent is sending the documents to the agent on the other side of the transaction. The other agent isn't receiving all the documents that's needed.
There are some documents that are added in (i.e. counter offer forms) that are part of the document that shouldn't be split from the other documents.
Please change this feature as it is a hassle more than a benefit for the agents.
