Email Option from Forms Envelopes

    Charleigh from the Product Team here at SkySlope. Thank you for reaching out and providing us with this feedback! Couple of questions for you - 

    • Where in the Forms file would you expect to email documents from? For example, the Envelopes tab, the Forms tab, or somewhere else.
    • Can you please expand on your current workflow? We want to be sure we understand and can address your feedback in the best way possible!

    I would like the ability to email them from both places.

    • A priority for me would be the ability to select documents from the Forms tab and email them directly to the listing/transaction specific email address. This should convert the fill-able form(s) to PDF's in the process. The reasoning behind this is that there are docs in the Forms file that never need to be signed, or seen, by anyone other than the agent and broker (admins) a Commission Disbursement form, a Contract Transmittal, etc.
    • To a lessor extent, in the event that the forms file did not get linked to the listing/transaction file (big issue lately), I would want to be able to email the completed envelope to the listing/transaction specific email address. I know this can be done from the agent's email, but that's a few steps added to the process.
