I like Skyslope very much. The piece most lacking, in my mind, is the Digisign feature. When we send something for signatures, Digisign does not alert us to the progress of the document, without us going into Skyslope and viewing the envelope progress. I find this to be very time consuming and leaves a large margin for error when following up with our clients as to the progress. To me this is a huge advantage Docusign has over Digisign and is the reason I will continue to use Docusign moving forward, until this is somehow resolved. Docusign allows you to get a text when the document has been signed by each individual which keeps you up to date on the progress. With this quickly moving market, monitoring our documents to make sure they are completed and received by the other party is crucial.

- Would you like to be notified once the DigiSign packet has reached the in-progress state or is completed? Or both?
