Searching for agents under 'Update Agent' feature

When using the 'Update Agent' feature in the Checklist page, I can search for contact information a couple ways. When I type the first name, sometimes the first name is one of a couple; when I type FirstLast or First Last, I see nothing; and when I type Last name, the result is anyone with the same last name. It would be nice to be able to search a full name in the 'Update Agent' feature and get the individual in the search results.

  Thanks for the feedback, in the update agent drop-down you should be able to search by first name, last name, or email - if you're having trouble with that let me know and we can open up a ticket for you here in Support to dig a little deeper!
