Exporting Documents from Checklist as a File

Would there be a way to download the completed file as a whole from the checklist. Selecting the documents from the "documents" tab doesn't show what has been completed and they're not in order.

  Also when downloading each file from its place in the checklist is there any way to have the file name change to the checklist name?
