The task list does not work for what most team formats need. Task lists started by admin should only email admin (preferably with a daily email showing tasks that need to be completed - complete with hyperlinks to task list). The vast majority of agents have no desire or need to receive an email about every single task the admin is doing. For us that is almost 50 tasks per transaction!
We had to make our task lists as a list of reminders, which ends up sending all of us a large list of task-reminders and makes it hard for us to see the tasks we've completed.
I've used multiple systems for task management -- even the most rudimentary ones are more admin-friendly than this.
Your support is really quick and friendly, but I've noticed that this has been requested for a long time and has yet to happen.
