Multiple referrals

We quite often have more than one referral on a transaction. Currently there is just one spot to enter a referral and it doesn't indicate which side it is on. We could have one on each side, or an internal and an external referral both on the same side. We'd like to see at least 2 spots for referrals and the option to assign it to a side.
