There are times when I need to add a descriptor to the address field of a file so that I can distinguish between past cancelled files and/or the listing file when using the search feature. I usually will add a note to the Street Name field like "Cancelled 01/01/2017" or "Pending Cancellation" or whatever I need to add so that when I search, I don't have to click on each file to figure out which one I am dealing with.
In the last year or so, that no longer works because if I change the Street Name to add a descriptor, it automatically adds the descriptor to the listing file. Is there a way to either:
1. Allow us to change the address field on the Listing or Pending side without affecting the cancelled files associated with it
2. Add the status to search results?
