We have been having many issue regarding transfer of documents from one transaction to another. And whether it may affect our ability to retrieve a DigiSigned envelope. We had an envelope earlier in the week that ended up over 65 megabytes after they were all combined in DigiSign. So we didn't have a way to retrieve the packet to complete the offer. Luckily, your support team is amazing and a rep was able to retrieve the PDF, split it into 3 chunks, and upload it into the transaction. Had I been able to see file sizes in the docs view, I would've known to recompress some of the PDFs to prevent this from happening.
