Wouldn't it be awesome if there was a tutorial system built into Skyslope. When a new agent logs in their account can be set to a "beginner user" setting. This setting would have help bubbles on where to go for what, maybe even have a beginner launch page that asks "What would you like to do?" with several options to choose from like, "Get my documents signed" or "Create a transaction" and choosing any one of these options would take them to the appropriate page and that page would be populated with helpful popup bubbles that showed them how to use different buttons.
Then if the agent feels they are comfortable with the system, they can turn off the "beginner user" mode and just go through the motions.
I think this would help with the issue that RE agents aren't engaged in the learning process (webinars) unless they are in immediate need of the software, and sometimes agents can go weeks or months without any business when they first start, which means they forget....
