Automatic messages to agents based on triggers

It'd be cool if we could set up automatic notifications or messages (via email or straight in the Skyslope UI) that we could customize to let the agent know useful information.

  Yes, exactly!  I posted this suggestion and then found the one you sent me on my own.  I hope this can become a feature soon!
