When an envelope is in process of being signed by multiple people, after the first person signs, skyslopes reporting record states, "Document completed by...."
This is not accurate and confusing. The document is not completed by all parties, therefor no email should be sent stating its complete. This will continue to confuse agents who are new to the system. I have been using skyslope for 4 years now and I'm not confused about this, it is still misleading me when I see an email in my inbox that states completed...The only email I should receive that says "Completed" is when the last person signs the document and the doc is actually..."Completed".
On a different note. Any reason we can't receive a pdf of the completed doc instead of just a link in the completed email?
