Whenever I have more than one signer, when I'm done placing all the signature blocks in the proper place on the document, I always double-check to make sure I put the right person's signature block in right location. Occasionally, though I realize that I accidentally put Mr. Client's name where Mrs. Client is supposed to sign. A few times I only discovered that once the signed document came back, which meant I had to create an entirely new document, carefully place the signature blocks in the document again and re-send.
Today, meanwhile, I created a document for a couple and both have the same initials -- they were both "JC." So when I reviewed the document prior to sending, it was impossible to tell if I had the each JC assigned to the right person unless I manually clicked on EACH initial block (that meant several dozen Clicks just to make sure I hadn't made an error).
So....a very easy solution would be to have each signer's signature block appear as a Different Color. Right now they're all Blue, but if one of my "JC's" was blue and the other was Red, I could've easily, at a glance, determined whether I'd made any errors.
Seems like an easy fix and one that will alleviate many future accidental errors.
