It would be very helpful to add delivery confirmation and read receipts to the email options. There is no way to verify emails out of the skyslope system that I have found and I am usually emailing time sensitive information.

Thank you so much for that recommendation, we recently introduced bounce back reports! Now when an email is rejected you will be notified by the system! :)
