We have Task templates with up to 30 tasks. When the Task Template is imported into a transaction, my agents get 30 emails, and have to reply to each one to "accept" each task. Or with notifications turned off, they need to log into Skyslope and "accept" all 30 tasks individually. We want the "acceptance" requirement removed. As Broker, I don't want agents deciding which tasks to "accept", and this is simply annoying busy work.
We switched to using Reminders, but now no "overdue" reminders are going out in emails to my agents...something Skyslope says "they are working on".
So we don't have a convenient way of attaching tasks or reminder, and letting the agents know each morning what activities are overdue.
This is a major benefit of a Skyslope-like product, and it is simply not working well for us.
