    I love the task reminders and up to this point, the tasks would be in order of how they needed to be completed. I have created several templates for different types of transactions so I really need this to work well. Now, the tasks come up as the last task first on the list rather than in the order they need to be completed. So now I have to click on the drop down menu and click on 'Sort by Oldest" rather than the default of "Sort by Newest", which doesn't make sense to me. When you have a list of tasks to be completed in a timely manner, they should be listed in the order that the tasks need to be completed.

    Agreed!

    Also, you should be able to move the order of tasks around. Since they will only show by when you added the task to the template, not in chronological order of when they should happen. This is super strange! If you have to ability to drag the order of signers in digisign, then you can do this so we can move around the order of tasks.

    Also once you assign a task list (template) to a property it is there FOREVER. If that escrow fails or the listing expires, etc. The tasks and template won't go away until you click EACH AND EVERY box. 

     

    So we have about 30 task for an escrow and if it fails, we have to check of manually each task, otherwise they will show up for years as not finished!
