Clients failing to check the checkbox "Agrees" on our forms makes the whole contract void! Unfortunately, Digisign does nothing to alert clients that there is a box to check. Not only is there no Dialogue box that springs up to say; "Are you sure you don't want to check a box?!" also the box is not even highlighted after you place it for the clients to find.
I always have to go back in and check the box myself. It has never worked once. Even when the only instructions I give are "Make sure you check the BOX!".

Thanks for the feedback, I'm certainly sorry for the repeated issues with the checkboxes in DigiSign that's definitely not what we want! Adding a pop is certainly an option that we have, and still continue to consider, one thing that might help your clients is to use the "next button while going through the document this will bring them to the check box this might cut down on them missing the check box! :)
I think the idea of highlighting any "required" blocks is a great idea and would help users unfamiliar with the system to locate them! So, thanks for that- I will bring that up to the team!
