Flagging a file

It would be great if there was a way to mark a file with a "red flag" for an incomplete file as a whole, or  have the last comment typed stay on the line and not disappear behind with a small arrow, which can be easily missed.  A red flag prompt at the top would be great for keeping communication open with all  (front end staff, back end staff, and even agents) for our company.  Thanks much!

  • Would you like to see this flag displayed in the list of transactions on each file necessary or within the file itself?
  • Would it be beneficial to have the flag also displayed when you search the file and see a preview of the transaction?
