If you are an Admin, and curious about how file sharing works in SkySlope Forms, take a look at the frequently asked questions below to learn more.
How does file sharing work in SkySlope Forms?
Brokerage admins can connect an individual to the agents they work with. Once connected, the individual (such as a Transaction Coordinator, Co-Agent, or Team) will be able to access the agent’s Forms files, and manage new Forms files from start to finish (everything from creating files and filling forms, to preparing and sending envelopes for signature).
Is file sharing available for all brokerages using SkySlope Forms?
At this time, file sharing is available exclusively for brokerages utilizing Broker Edition in SkySlope Forms. Broker Edition bundles Broker Libraries, Broker Templates, Broker Clauses, and File Sharing in this amazing suite of tools. If you’d like to know more about Broker Edition, or are ready to sign up today, please contact your Customer Success Manager!

Once the broker has been granted access to Brokerage Management by their SkySlope Customer Success Manager, they will be able to manually grant access to another other admins who need Administrator Access. To learn how to enable Administrator Access, click here and scroll down to People & Groups > Enabling Administrator Access.
After file sharing has been enabled, can it be disabled?
Yes, you can navigate to the Brokerage Management tab to disable file sharing for any particular individual, if necessary.

Not at this time. When file sharing is enabled, the selected individual will automatically gain access to ALL of an agent’s Forms files.

NOTE: In the chart above, "others" refers only to other users who are within the same Group as the individual, where the individual has Group File Management enabled. Individuals with file sharing enabled do not automatically have access to all of the above features for all agents in the brokerage.
In a nutshell, Agents can manage their own account information, create Forms files, and send Forms envelopes for themselves. Individuals with file sharing enabled can manage their own files, and also create and manage Forms files and Envelopes for the Agents they've been given access to.
