SkySlope
Increased File Size Limit for Document Uploads
Hip Hip Hooray! All SkySlope users can now upload documents up to 100 MB. Prior to this release, our file size limit was 25 MB, but we know that some real estate forms are notorious for being ginormous. Now you can upload and store all files (up to 100 MB) in SkySlope with confidence.
Please note: Users will still only be able to send emails from SkySlope within the 25 MB limit, as that is the largest file size that email providers can receive.
Lawyer Notification for Canada Customers
Our Canadian Auditors can now enable an email notification that will inform them when Lawyer contacts are added or updated in a SkySlope file. This is an important phase in the transaction process, and we want to ensure everyone stays in the loop. When this notification is enabled, the Auditor will receive an email notification any time an Agent or TC updates the Lawyer contact.
This email notification can be configured under My Account → Notifications.
Checklist Comment Notification
A new feature for all SkySlope customers, Auditors can now enable an email notification that will email them any time new Comments are made on Checklist items. This allows Auditors to quickly address any urgent comments to ensure files close on time and within compliance.
This email notification can be configured under My Account → Notifications, and can be enabled independently for Listing and Transaction files.
Commission Update Notification
We're on a roll with new notifications! This new notification will allow Auditors to receive an email notification any time information on the Commission tab is updated. With these notifications, Auditors can promptly take any necessary steps to properly record and disperse commission payments.
This email notification can be configured under My Account → Notifications and can be enabled independently for Listing and Transaction files.
SkySlope Forms
Download as One PDF
One of our most popular requests, we've now given you the option to download signed Forms Envelopes as one single PDF, or separate PDFs (via a zip file). This will save you lots of time and make it easier to select certain documents to share with other parties.
Download and Print from Envelope Preview
Now, when previewing a signed Forms Envelope, Print and Download options are immediately available in the upper right corner.
Bulk Fill Optimization for Mobile
With the new speed dial menu, nearly all of the Forms functions can be completed including the Download, Save, and Send functions. The Reorder function is not yet available on mobile.
