If your agents are itching to use the new SkySlope + Keybox (formerly Earnestly) integration to complete their buyer's Earnest Money Deposits, there are only a few steps you need to take to get started. This article demonstrates how to authenticate your Payload.co account within SkySlope, and set up payment processing accounts for your SkySlope offices.
Note: To successfully set up an integration between SkySlope and Keybox, you must have an active Keybox by Payload.co account.
Initial Account Setup
1. From the SkySlope home page, click on your name in the upper right corner. Then select Admin. From the Admin hub, click on the Integrations tab.
2. On the Integrations tab, there may be a list of various integrations your brokerage is already utilizing. Or there may only be an integration for Keybox by Payload.co available. If the integration process hasn't been started yet, click on Configure to get started. On the next page, you will need to login via Payload.co to authenticate your account.
3. After you've authenticated your account, all of your brokerage's established active Keybox processing accounts will be populated on the Manage Processing Accounts page.
4. Next, you will need to assign the processing accounts to the appropriate SkySlope offices. Check the box to select the account, select the office(s) from the Select Office drop-down, and then click Assign.
After the accounts have been assigned to offices, each account will show a list of offices it is assigned to.
5. Once assigned to an office, the Request Deposit button will become available for any newly-created Transaction files in the assigned offices.

Managing New Processing Accounts
If your office has added new processing accounts in Keybox, the new accounts will automatically become available within SkySlope. However, the new processing accounts will need to be assigned to SkySlope offices to be used within SkySlope.
1. From the SkySlope home page, click on your name in the upper right corner. Then select Admin. From the Admin hub, click on the Integrations tab.
2. On the Integrations tab, click on Configure Processing Accounts for the Keybox by Payload.co integration. This will take you to the Manage Processing Account page where you can make any necessary changes, such as reassigning offices, or showing/hiding accounts. Each time you visit this page, the list of accounts will be updated to match all of the active accounts under the brokerage's Keybox account.
3. Next, you will need to assign the new processing accounts to the appropriate SkySlope offices. Check the box to select the account, select the office(s) from the Select Office drop-down, and then click Assign.
After the accounts have been assigned to offices, each account will show a list of offices it is assigned to.
4. Once assigned to an office, the Request Deposit button will become available for any newly-created Transaction files in the assigned offices.

Removing an Office from a Processing Account
From the Manage Processing Accounts page, select the processing account from which you need to remove an office. Click on the Select Office drop-down, and then unselect the office that needs to be removed. Then click Assign.
